Situated in the forest near Kemer along Antalya - Kumluca highway, Seljuk Hunting Lodge is dated back to the period between 1230 and 1248. Although the building is one of the three Seljuk hunting lodges known today, it is the only building from Seljuk era and the only model of the Turkish-Islam art tradition. The roof of the lodge, the signet of the prophet Suleiman and stone stairs with hexagonal embossed star which can be also be found in the flag of Tekelioğlu Principality (1400 A.D) are the best examples. Although the entrance of the lodge and the walls were demolished, great portion of the roof and the walls are still in good condition.
