KEBIM, Kemer Municipality Communication centre, providing services within the Directorate of Public Information Agency in our municipality, provide services as a coordination centre following up solution process in the name of resident, conveying requests, proposols, critics and complaints made by local residents to relavent directorates.

For all requests, proposols and complaints collected through Help Desk, 444 0 297 call center, social media, web, like press at KEBIM, claimant is informed with SMS in the moment logged in and s/he is provided to follow up the demand. A feedback is returned to citizen after the issue has been resolved or latest within 48 hours if not resolved due to any reason
